As we approach another period of nationwide lockdown, we'd like to let you know that we will continue to be open. We'll be there to support you through this no doubt incredibly difficult time, and we'll do our best to make sure you see no difference in our service provided.

As from Thursday 5th November, all repairs will need to be booked in by appointment only. Once your appointment is confirmed, you can either dropped off your device in store or a have a collection arranged. All customers are advised to follow the government guidelines, wearing face masks at all times in store during the drop off or collection of your device.

Here are some extra words from managing director, Joe, about repair shops and the repair trade as a whole:

Customer facing repair shops havenโ€™t been defined as essential or non-essential and remain in a somewhat grey area under the government advise. 

Ensuring the nation is connected in these hard times is something I personally deem essential. Keeping homeworkers productive, families connected and ensuring frontline staff have critical communication equipment is, in my opinion, critical. 

As recommended and following Government advise on distancing and face coverings, weโ€™re to operate by appointment only with drop off and collection services until further notice. 

We will stand behind you, as an independent repair shop who is working responsibly and taking the correct precautions.
